1 Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Onehux Digital Services — whether through our website, a proposal, or direct communication — you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you're engaging on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2 Services

ODS provides web development, mobile app development, AI integration, business registration, and related digital services. All services are subject to availability, scoping, and formal acceptance by our team. We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our capabilities or values.

3 Orders & Payments

We keep payment terms simple and transparent:

• Projects begin upon receipt of agreed deposit or full payment
• Payment schedules are outlined in your project proposal
• Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from proposal date
• Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, communicated at project start

4 Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, you own all custom deliverables created specifically for your project — code, designs, content.

ODS retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing before project sign-off. We never share proprietary business logic or sensitive data.

5 Project Timelines

Our 6-week average delivery is real — we've hit it across 40+ projects. That said, timelines are estimates based on defined scope and normal project flow. Delivery may be affected by:

• Scope changes requested after project commencement
• Delayed feedback, approvals, or asset delivery from your side
• Third-party dependencies outside our control

We'll always communicate timeline changes proactively — never leave you guessing.

6 Client Responsibilities

Good projects require two sides showing up. Here's what we expect — and what you can expect from us:

7 Limitation of Liability

ODS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under Nigerian law.

8 Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify active clients directly. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance. We update the date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
